Welcome

Mother nature is my biggest inspiration, the beautiful and perfect combination of colors, textures and organic shapes.  It is amazing to observe the perfection that nature shares with us. I love the freedom of working abstractly building up mixed media contemporary paintings in layers, adding and taking away, using lines, shapes and colors  until a story develops and is revealed.

 As a contemporary abstract artist, my focus has centered around the exploration  and play between color, lines, shapes and textures. I hope  to inspire you to feel  and discover something good and beautiful deep within through my art. Constantly I am  exploring new ways of expression using  mixed-media techniques.

As a child of the Caribbean I was extremely fortunate to grow up on the island of Trinidad and visit several Caribbean islands throughout my younger years.  These rich experiences in  tropical environments are very much a part of who I am today as an artist.
